Great time last night at the Rodkin Center - from the leadership of KOR to Greg speaking, it really got the juices going. A few highiights:
1. Knights of the Raritan - Well put together, really looking out for the student athlete. Lot of different options on membership levels / what student athlete can do (personal / business)
2. Greg - the man captivates a room. If I had a son, it would be hard to say no playing for him. The fact that Mel Tucker and some of these other guys are getting 'cruits over us is crazy
3. NIL - We need serious $$ - grass roots effort has begun, but it's going to be a battle
4. Facilities - Plan is in place, lot of tv $ will go towards that, NIL priority right now
5. Hobbs wasn't there - not a criticism, just an observation (maybe he was on vacation)?
6. He's excited about the team this year - loads of talent (take w/grain of salt, nobody says their team not good, but he appeared genuine)
*** Those are the cliff notes, lots of other little nuggets he shared that he preferred stayed in house. TD Club great, not expensive to join and really a nice event. Can't wait for FB to start in a few weeks!
