Tyler Kroft Jet's #1 TE?

After yesterday's cuts and a trade the Jets have only two TEs on their roster: Tyler and Trevon Wesco who also plays FB. Obviously they'll pick up someone on the waiver wire but by trading Herndon and think they're showing a lot of confidence in Kroft

Yes, right now Kroft is not only the Jets #1 TE, he is really their only TE, with Wesco being more of an Hback than TE. Surprised that they traded Herndon and cut Ryan Griffin.
