UGA football powerful enough to change Georgia state laws

Open records requests have a response time of 3 days, but for Georgia athletics the response time was pushed to 90 days. I don't see the need for this, but the law makers acted quickly for some odd reason. I don't think RU football will ever have this type of influence in NJ but if they ever do, I hope they don't waste it on stuff like this.

I hope some Georgia resident who's kid goes to UGA challenges this, and wants his/her records response time delayed for 90 days. What BS.
