Upgrading Your Seats

If renewals and new purchases are to become available on December 14th, does anyone know if there is a process in place to permit existing season ticketholders to upgrade their existing seats BEFORE seats are made available to new purchasers? That would seem fair - - to reward fan loyalty.

The process begins on December 14th. If you want to upgrade, your upgrade request gets priority over a new ticket request. The Ticket Office won't even know how many existing ticket holders are renewing until the renewal deadline passes.
