I feel bad for these guys. It would be really easy for them to mail it in, but it's clear they're still playing hard. They just haven't been put in situations to succeed by the staff. I can only hope the next guy has a clue about tailoring a plan around your personnel. We definitely need a talent upgrade but there's enough talent here to be more competitive than we have been. The coaches failed these guys.
