One other thing with Schiano. He would certainly out recruit Franklin for NJ players especially with his charisma and NFL coaching experience.

Sorry for this dumb question but, is there a rumor being reported by some sports reporter that Rutgers has secretly contacted or is considering asking Schiano back?
Given the amount of debate in this forum lately as to whether that would be a good idea or not I'm beginning to think I missed something. If not, then I can't for the life of me understand why this is even being talked about.
Heck, I wouldn't mind having Schiano back. But I also wouldn't mind having a pet unicorn. Both of which strike me as equally probable.

ugh... no thanks. I hope Schiano never comes back. I simply don't see how he would solve anything right away. Besides, he's not going to come back anyway.

There is a rumor saying that he'll be at Rutgers for the Kansas game this saturday and that some BOT and boosters would like Schiano back. Will he meet with the AD while there to discuss a possible mutual future together? Who knows...
