It's the only way to build a top 25 type program ....you gotta realize maybe 5 of the 10 that commit each year won't pan out as great players......but let's say 5 every year do pan out...over time you will have a deep talented roster...there is no short cut....I don't see any other way..

Well since Elmer Fudd went 0 for 40 on the Top 10 NJ Recruits for his 4 years at RU, any number above 1 top recruit is an improvement .
We see the lack of B1G talent on the RU roster due to Fudd. ( Despite many on this Board saying getting into the B1G would automatically raise the NJ Recruiting success by RU).
Ash will get it done... 3 of the Top 10 and perhaps 7 of the Top 20 will get it done on a consistent basis .

We need players, period. The provincial "we need the best NJ players" is old school. That ship has sailed. Doesn't matter where the players are from ... Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania. The Iowa and Nebraska programs are models.
We need 6 4 stars the rest need to be high 3 stars . An occasional 5 star now and then. They do not have to be from jersey. You need to do this every year for 3 years to get the roster to the level of a Michigan st or a penn state. We may never get to the Ohio st level
