The biggest post season coaching adjustment needed is a new OC. We have no offense at all and the play calling is mind numbing frequently. It goes typically like this - 1st and 10 run play....2nd and 8 run play...third and 7 run play or incomplete pass. Everyone knows our game plan. If the run plays don't succeed, lets keep doing it over and over until the end of the game. Coach Ash, you need to recognize our coaching weaknesses and make changes. Perhaps a QB coach is actually not an OC. There are other areas of change needed in the coaching staff but at least make 1 or 2.

Apparently last 3 games, we've averaged 9.7 punts a game. Ha, so right there.
