Was gonna post this earlier this afternoon, but decided not to to show my support for the thoroughness of the process and the necessity of doing our due diligence. We need to make a good hire to get us on track to being good again.

But good Lord, this is one of my favorite gifs ever. Ted Knight was such a bauce in that flick.

Yeah, I just put it up there for the humor. If it results in a better choice, Rutgers should take whatever time it needs. Fans put too much energy into whether someone should stay or go and not nearly as much effort and thought into the next hire. And that's the far harder part of the equation and the more important.
