I don't think there is a conference RPI for Lax, like football or hoops, but there looks like a bigger difference in RPI than in polls. It's too early in the season to make definitive statements. A lot has changed in the last week or two, and similar changes could occur in coming weeks. I think ACC is more concerned with reclaiming a title that is more significant than RPI-toughest conference. I assume BIG teams will provide a significant challenge. Tournament should be heavy on BIG teams (4/5) and probably 3/4 ACC teams. Penn St. looked very good last night, especially with second half beat down, which hurts OSU. Hopkins and Maryland are in good shape. RU needs to get back on track v Mich.
