Nothing. Nothing happens to anyone for multiple years unless there are like scandals or Eddie Jordan's last year level failures.

I'm sure nothing is going to happen because Pike is under contract until like 2030 unless I am mistaken and there is no chance we are eating more than like 1-2 years of that barring something weird happening beyond just mediocre basketball.
If you mean about finishing under .500 well yeah I wouldn't bet my life on it or anything I just don't think we will.

A strong performance would help, game 6 coming up and we’re still waiting.
This team has shown the same weaknesses in the first 5 games against mid major opponents. We have allowed several mid major players to be the best player on the floor in multiple games, when we have 2 first round picks. That is the thing that has me worried.
Now, we go to a tournament with no cupcakes and 1 day of practice. I am very concerned that we go 0-3. If we do, and are at 4-4, I don't see a realistic path to make the tournament.
Certainly don’t want to lose 3, but you can actually play well and get excited about B1G Ten play after losing.
Believe it or not, losing the right way is actually a thing.
I don’t know if we’re capable of it, game 7 coming up… we shall see if we play a brand of basketball we all know can compete in the B1G, it will be pretty obvious imo.
