Penn State is like your typical SEC school not named Kentucky. Fan base hardly cares about basketball. It’s all about football.

I would say that the fan bases of Tennessee (who has an arena that seats more than 21k), Florida, Auburn, LSU and Arkansas care about basketball. Alabama fans are coming around.

Granted, football will always dominate the attention of those fan bases but it is incorrect that they hardly care about basketball.

I'm a professor at Penn State. Russ is correct. There are many racist PSU fans. A bunch cannot stand Franklin....because he ain't white.

I've read this a few times over the past few years but I chose not to go there. I like Coach Franklin. The guy took Vanderbilt to three straight bowl games winning two of them. The man can Coach.

Evelyn's on Easton Ave is an amazing restaurant with scratch made middle eastern food. I used to live across the street and ate there 3-4 times a week. Their gyros are the best I've ever had anywhere in the US, and the hummus is amazing as well.

Just back to my base camp in PA (making a road trip for the three Penn State games in the area this week).

RAC was a fun place to go to a game, always good when a crowd is into it.

RU just shut down all the things Penn State does well.

Big 10 is crazy. Sixteen more of these things to go!
