What he did is a crime in CA. Taped a private conversation without Youngs consent.
Hold on, the Clippers owner lost his team based off an unbeknownst to him, private conversation that was taped by his girlfriend.
Everyone lauded her for the effort. This isn't different regardless of what is said.
Why wasn't she prosecuted if it is against the law, and why isn't he being prosecuted for outing Swaggy?

First of all, I don't remember many people "lauding her" for the effort. People were making fun of her constantly with those weird masks she was wearing.
Secondly, that would be on Sterling to press charges against her. Just like it would be on Young to press charges against Russell. He hasn't done that, and likely won't.
