After speaking with a few sources, Ohio initiated the talks with Rutgers to cancel or move next year's game against one another. They have a different opponent that they will announce whenever they see fit, but it was the Bobcats who backed out of the deal for next year's game and Rutgers agreed then immediately reached out to Wagner and here we are.
