I have met a few of the players and they are always great young men. They look you straight in the eyes when shaking your hand ( you would be amazed how many kids have no clue that is what should be done) and they realize Rutgers is a family of players, coaches and fans. When I see video's like this it drives the fact home. BTW Cliff is always great with the kids.
