If a New Jersey community college (other than Gattaca) was to start a football program, would you be OK with Rutgers Football using it as a farm system for kids who are not quite ready athletically and/or academically or for other reasons ?

I think it's preferable and they take the Blessuan Austin route and PG a year at Milford, or even better Peddie, Hun or Lawrenceville.

Areyounuts,
Some community colleges in Pennsylvania and New York have teams. I think some Maryland and Delaware schools have teams too,not to mention Gattaca here in New Jersey.

CC don't have a lot of money, this would be the last thing they would want to do, where would they even play?

I know they have do have sports teams, but i think they only play other NJ CC for the most part.

Eh, don't like it regardless, we've got plenty of prep schools for the kids to go to.

They also don't lose a year of eligibility if they go the PG route.

Reading up on the way the Jayhawk Conference was loaded with academic non qualifiers and players with off field issues felt kinda dirty to learn about.

Do the parents/kids pay for the prep schools or do they offer schollies ? I would assume that prep schools cost a lot more than community colleges.
