Never found her even close to being "hot," quite honestly, and her thighs ARE huge. Nothing wrong with being honest about a person who lives in the limelight, IMHO, it's part of the deal.

Article in the Times today quoting the sound producer. No technical problems, all equipment was functioning, ear pieces, monitors. Any issue was non-technical.

Heard an interesting take on this, that it might have been deliberate due to people wanting to get back at her because she's difficult to work with.
She is definitely a bit.......voluptuous; hard to believe she has a dedicated personal trainer in her entourage.
Nuts when she came out in 1990 she was beyond beautiful, hell she's just gotten bigger as she's aged these past 26 years just like anyone else......and no doubt in my mind if she gets serious and puts out another album it'll sell more than 5 million copies she's 1 of the few who's got it like that

So, you are going to "perform" - outdoors ... on an acoustically abysmal platform in Times Square ... on New Year's Eve - for a short set from about 11:35 to 11:50 PM - yeah just before the ball drops - in front of something in excess of 100,000 screaming people in various stages of intoxication (primarily focused on that damn ball)... with little time to do a basic rehearsal - but what does that matter ? - you are not actually going to sing - what would be the point the sound would be crap .... So what could go wrong?

Most pop music artists are heavily studio-driven. There's a lot of audio magic that happens to create the sound of a full production. When performing live they'll leverage various studio tracks to fill in the gaps in the performance, whether it's backing vocals, harmonies or instrumental fills. What they're doing isn't so much "lip syncing" as it is "hi-tech karaoke".

Yup, still don't get it, he could and did have all the (much hotter) ass in the world. He was, however, smart enough to have her banned from all the lounges and clubs he regularly went to back in the day. Well, as in, if he was there, or going to be there, she wasn't allowed through the door LOL! Serious psycho (apparently).
Actually, nowadays, it happens a lot for these kind of events. It's very common for those who are performing on NYE to record the performance a couple of days earlier complete with dancers, special effects, whatever, and then lip sync to it on the night of. With everything going on, including weather conditions, crowd size and responsiveness, etc, it's much safer that way for them.
Will she be invited to dot the ' I ' next season at HC ?

My daughter had her etv reality show on last night, i caught a few minutes. She is a total tool, mean to everyone. Totally deserving of the NYE fiasco and subsequent commentary here. She would do anything to embarrass people and staff.
I know from a friend close to situtation the Christmas tree lighting is all pre recorded and lipped live. He gets a special invite every year and will never go again says it's pretty lame and stupid
