They will need to score more than 30 points for Rutgers to win at least 20 games.

I disagree with this sentiment.

If they combine for 33 PPG with a combined effective FG% of 46% we probably aren't winning 20 games.

If they combine for 28 PPG with an effective FG% of 55% I'll bet our offense is going to be pretty good.
