I used to go to the coaches clinics over there ,During the Schiano era.They really helped me be a better coach.
This seems like the next step in not only helping coaches improve but building stronger ties to the State of Rutgers.

I know we have high school coaches in a lot,but having the youth coaches on campus more is a GREAT idea. I have no idea what the percentage is,but I would guess a substantial number of good players in New Jersey were coached by their dads,dad's friends, or uncles.
