I was recently having a conversation with a buddy of mine regarding the "effectiveness" of blackout games at night. He thinks they are entirely useless, and I disagree.
Has anyone done a study of how often teams win when a blackout is in effect? Also, how often do significant underdogs pull out a victory?
Given the increased popularity of blackout games, there should be a significant enough sample size.
