This isn't NIL. This is the Athletic Department itself.
IPTAY is their version of the R-Fund.
How much does the R-Fund raise annually? Last I saw was $23m for 2022.

NIL isn't causing an uneven playing field.
Ban NIL tomorrow and Clemson is still receiving over $100m more for just this year than Rutgers Athletics.
All the complains about a donor making a $1m NIL donation is meaningless.
This is where the actual "uneven playing field" exists across athletics.

"Of that total, more than 60% came from Clemson athletics' fundraising arm, IPTAY, which received a record $135 million in donations in fiscal year 2023. Its previous high was $76.3 million in fiscal year 2021. More than 22,000 donors contributed to IPTAY's total, breaking last year's record of 18,000. IPTAY's donation total includes major gifts, premium seating revenue, planned giving and IPTAY's annual fund. Of the total, $41.8 million came from the annual fund, IPTAY's membership system."
