It's been an absolute home run for the big ten, Rutgers agreed to not be a full revenue member for over ten years, added a huge footprint for tv subscribers and Rutgers has been so bad at football they haven't caused any problems for the top teams, it's really been an absolute home run for the conference so far.
If you have a bone to pick with the big ten come after them for adding Nebraska that was a dumb move.

Rutgers may actually be the best move of expansion outside of the big ten grabbing usc and ucla.
