Rutgers student says he’s being stopped from taking virtual classes because he’s not vaccinated

The university requires all students, even if online classes, to be vaccinated.

He has an option to enroll as a fully remote student.

Taking all remote classes is not the same thing because it requires the school to monitor his course selection and he could switch during the drop add period.
If he enrolled as a fully remote the school does not have to monitor his vaccine status because on campus classes are not available to him

There's much more to attending college than just classes.
I don't trust this uppity attention seeking twerp not to attend any groups, gatherings, or parties on campus.
