Anyone who thinks it isn't, was clearly never a shooter. Probably never played at all. When you're on fire, it's just effortless and thoughtless
That's why I laugh at the study that was done on the 76ers years back that concluded hot hand isn't a thing.
It just seems so many don't understand the benefit of having a guy, who was meant to be 13th on the depth chart, that is happy with his role, a great team guy, and can actually provide something if you need him.

Not sure I see that. Nothing against him per se, but his skill set doesn’t lend itself for a deep bench role. He can’t shoot and doesn’t rebound well to be asked to come in just be a big body to foul.
I wish that could happen, but at this point Oskar should be ahead of Gavin in the rotation. If Mag (hopefully) is back and Oskar moves ahead of Gavin in the rotation next game, possible that Gavin may not play much. Although Noah’s knee got banged up last game so there actually may be minutes available to Gavin against Minnesota.

Gavin is a real enigma. Really hoping this season is an anomaly. He was so highly recruited as a shooter. You just don't lose your stroke. It has to be mental. Hopefully he starts hitting a few and gets his confidence.
It's all about confidence. Shooters will tell you that without confidence, you got nothin'.
