Was reading an article on Apple News that linked to 247 article so take that for what it’s worth…but caught this nugget right from JWill:

"Coach Pike did a great job getting the right kids in. It was pretty seamless for me being a leader and a captain. Everyone listens, everyone wants to be a leader. As far as workouts go, just keeping the locker room straight or all the little things that don't show up on the court, everyone kind of does that and pulls their own weight. Coach Pike did a great job bringing in the right players and it is only going to show when the season starts."

I think it was pretty much understood he’d be a Captain but never saw this in writing before. SIAP.

"I could absolutely see a world where Rutgers gets to 7 wins this season and goes to a second straight bowl game, but it’s not going to be easy. It’s hard to project how they’re going to fare under new quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis, but if they continue to improve and build off of last seasons success, then I think the over is the play here."

Hi All,

Looking for recommendations from the RU brain trust. I am trying to get away with the wife for a few days (leaving from Hunterdon county area) to somewhere near a beach or lake for a few days. Trying to be cost efficient and be within a 2-3 hour drive. Thinking something like a Sunday-Tuesday could work well since it is summer.

Looking to relax by the water, maybe swim some, have a couple of nice dinners.

I am open to any/all suggestions.
