If a team not named Notre Dame went undefeated against Notre Dame's schedule would they still be a t

Depends on the school. Someone like BYU, Navy etc. probably not. The UCF (#6 - #10) treatment at best. I think any power 5 school (as Notre Dame is just automatically lumped in with) would get in going 12-0 against that schedule. UCF would have gotten in if they played that schedule. It wasn't a...

At what point after next weeks game will we know if Ash is safe or gone?

Michigan State's offense is god awful. Their D is good. I fully expect to lose 2-0. 6-3 loss is best case scenario. If MSU and Nebraska didn't stink it up today, I would be pretty confident in predicting MSU/RU as being the worst Big Ten game of the year.

    These last 4 games ..

0-4 as expected. None of them were close regardless of the final score. We were never in a position to beat Wisconsin. We were never in position to beat Michigan. We were never beating Penn State today with our offense. Next week we could lose 9-0 and we'd probably never have been in position to...

Nova getting pounded by Michigan early

Tell that to their 93pt per game average. Michigan lost 3 starters as well.

So he should walk around dejected in his day to day life? He's paid more than enough to be in a good mood whenever he's NOT around the sorry football team he built.

    Rich Rod

What about this is appealing? and yes, I left out WVU because that was over 10 years ago and he's already proven how bad he was in the Big Ten (6-18 in conference at a much bigger/better program than us) and couldn't even succeed in an average Pac-12 after (24-30 in conference). No thanks.

Isn't it in the Big Ten's best interests for Rutgers to be good in football?

    1. The Big Ten doesn't care if we're good at any sport. Ratings isn't what gets them money. It's "look how many markets/homes we're in give us this amount of money to carry our channel". Whether we were a top 10 team or never won again doesn't change that all that much. 2. Getting full share...

Harbaugh called our HC “Rob” in postgame

That makes this a lot less funny.

42-7 score sound familiar? Just a few weeks ago

Watch Michigan v Penn State and tonight's game. Michigan didn't even run their QB against us.. Penn State was on their dumb "revenge tour". They were also actively trying to score in the 4th quarter against Penn State still (and did twice). Michigan had enough playing with it's food when they...

Harbaugh called our HC “Rob” in postgame

Not even teams in our own division pay enough attention to even know Ash's name and still blow out his teams.. Did Michigan even watch tape?

Will Gio start on Senior Day?

I'm sure Michigan was as fired up to play us.

    ZERO passing yards first half

I don't buy the improvement.. If this game had less long-term interest for Michigan (not getting their QB hurt) we lose by a lot more. Patterson had 28 carries for 156 yards and 2 rushing touchdowns the last 3 games against Wisconsin, MSU and Penn State. Today? 0 carries. We sold out to stop...

    Harbaugh

35-7. That last TD was their backups and they scored in 1 play on a run up the middle (which was the entire 2nd half of 2016 so we did better by actually forcing their starters to play 3 quarters and not getting ran over by backups more than once I guess). I was actually surprised he didn't try...

    Good game Rutgers

35pt losses where the opponent completely takes its foot off the gas is now a good thing. 2018 Rutgers football.
