Welcome new Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway

He certainly seems like a fine gentleman who has outstanding credentials. I am sure that he will do great things at Rutgers.

OT: Congratulations to Rutgers for developing a new Saliva Test for Coronavirus

Although I attended Rutgers Law School, I am highly impressed and proud of my counterparts at the medical school. Excellent job!!!

    Good News Coming? Part 2

I understand. This is a great recruiting accomplishment. Coach continues to do a magnificent job.

    Good News Coming? Part 2

Also, this is not some sort of hedge. I enjoy reading the board and for the most part, I never post. I had something of value to offer and passed along some legitimate information.

    Good News Coming? Part 2

I am not some well connected recruiting guru. Someone within my family is a high level North Jersey basketball coach. He strongly indicated over a month ago that Cliff was headed to Rutgers. This has not changed and as of right now this still holds true.

    Good News Coming? Part 2

My post regarding Cliff posted on March 8 still stands. My very well connected family member reiterated that Cliff is a lock for tomorrow. He said that is of course unless something untold happens between now and then. Let us hope that this will not be the case here. We shall see.

    Good News Coming?

This is not a troll post. I am a SHU fan and also a graduate of Rutgers Law School. Unless something changes$$$$$, he will be committing to Rutgers.

    Good News Coming?

I have a family relationship with someone who has extensive knowledge of the upper echelon of New Jersey High School Basketball. He strongly alluded to the idea of Cliff Omoruyi choosing Rutgers over the other two programs. You never know for certain yet there is strong indication that Rutgers...

Congrats on a great basketball season.

If Rutgers plays the way they did against Seton Hall back in December or the way they played against Maryland this week, they can beat anyone in the country. Take it to the bank.

    RU rolls over SHU.

As a graduate of both schools, I regularly read both boards. Some of the over the top criticism that seems to be continually done by the same posters over and over again is not only ignorant, it is mean spirited and hurtful as well. My son who presently attends Rutgers as a Criminal Justice...

    RU rolls over SHU.

First of all, any Seton Hall fan who has the audacity to criticize anything regarding Rutgers basketball is simply ignorant. Although I am a Seton Hall fan, I would never presume that our limited amount of recent success allows myself to denigrate another program. Unfortunately, I witnessed...

    OT: Howard Stern transferring to...retirement?

Howard is still very good. However, the lack of content due to a very short work schedule is maddening. To continue to pay for something that has shrunk down to 3 days a week, 4 commercial filled hours a show, is crazy, yet I continue to pay. I guess it is the occassional laugh that keeps me...

    Pikiell On Mad Dog Radio

It is very hard not to like this guy. He came across as very knowledgeable, very likeable and self deprecating. Russo seems to really enjoy having him on. As an aside, he picked Michigan State as the National Champion.

Terroristic Threats Not As It Seems

There have been no updates whatsoever. The criminal justice system grinds along at a laboriously slow and putrid pace. This is why it is so important to stay outside of the system. Once you become intertwined and enmeshed within it's confined clutches, it is often years rather than months...

Terroristic Threats Not As It Seems

As A Rutgers Law grad, even upon taking criminal law with Professor Clark I never understood the overreaching sound to the term "terroristic threats." This often is as innocuous as a subdued threat towards another person or an outward threat to destroy or harm someone's property. In reality, it...

    Nothing To Be Ashamed Of

I am a fan of both teams as I am a Seton Hall Grad and a Rutgers Law School Grad. You will see that a couple of additional pieces will push this team into the middle of the B10. This is not an overnight rebuild.

    Nothing To Be Ashamed Of

Rutgers fought back with great heart and really turned this into a game. Continued great coaching and another added piece or two and this will be a very good team.

    Carino on the match-up

If Rutgers plays under control and up to their potential, a Rutgers victory is well within reach. I have been to every Seton Hall game this year and have noticed many voids where the offense sputters and cannot score.

Basketball VIDEO: Pikiell previews Seton Hall game

This guy is the real deal. He is a great coach who is well spoken and a very likeable gentleman.

    Former Player Opinion Of Pikiell

I am a Seton Hall guy. However, I have a lot of connections to Rutgers. I am a Rutgers Law Grad and both my daughter and niece graduated from Rutgers this past May.
