Anyone read the email that came out this morning with season ticket prices for 2025? While the seat and donation prices stayed the same, this time around sales tax is added on (in prior years it was included in the seat price). So, we will be paying 6.625% more out of pocket.

Sneaky!

Funny how there is an explanation stating that Rutgers previously covered the sales tax.

I call BS. Including it in the price is not covering it.

Both things can be true. Every sports ticket is charged sales tax whether pro or college, and it's generally baked into the price. It is still a convenient excuse for a raise.

How do you charge sales tax on a donation?
Hey we're lucky they didn't add in a 4% credit card convience fee.

So sales tax on parking coming too?

How can both things be true? If it’s baked in we the consumer pays. If they paid, then they are idiots. Because they walked away from millions in revenue between parking passes, seat license fees and season tickets over time.

Yesterday 10 a.m. Sometimes the e-mails go in waves. Check spam folder.

When I click the links, I get:

Applications

Sorry, you currently have no applications available online.
me too and that's because when you click on the renew tab you get what I showed ahead and you can't submit an application. SMH.. but surprised?

Pacioloian or whatever it's called is the same vendor for every other school I purchased from--USC, Va Tech, Wisconsin, others.

Paciolian?
From what I was told by my rep a couple of years ago. They are still Rutgers employees and “IMG, Pacolian etc…” are merely the technology vendor. So the technology is what it is. I’m thinking our issues are not the technology or the individual representatives.

Just received my email for the renewal. The website seemed fine and I was able to do what I needed.

I was hoping to move my location though so we will see how that goes later on.

I got my email too and tried to renew but when I get to the Payment page and enter my credit card and hit "place your order" I get an error "we were unable to process your order, please check your information and try again later". Dame result both through the app and the website.

I texted my ticket rep to see if he could do the renewal on his end.

Sigh....

Ticket office phone number is 866-445-4678. Spoke with a young lady named Alyssa (sp). Very easy quick process—changed my credit card and moved my location at Rutgers Stadium. No issues at all. Very good service.

I had the same issue. I was using Chrome on my laptop (tried twice).
However, when I tried the same link from Chrome on my phone, the payment went through the first time.
