After watching for 40 years it is a thrill to have Pikes as coach.
This kid looks way better than #91. Wonder what he ranks after this season or his Senior year.
That sounds a lot simpler than than it atually is. Sometimes it's better to just rip the bandaid off.

This team looks more in sync than any Rutgers team I’ve ever seen. You can see it when they’re running the floor on the fast break. They really do look like they’re having fun out there.
Just signed a 4 star and this RU team looks to potentially be sweet 16 or better. And you post this with the obvious negative undertone. Nice job.
Well said!! And this is one of the biggest reasons why I think Dylan can develop better under Pike and this awesome staff, than Duke.

There will be more than 2 open scholarships for 2024-25.Some of the players listed as seniors will transfer or in Cliff's case opt for the NBA.
Yet Construction during off seasons happen all the time.

Has there ever been a larger discrepancy between consecutive head coaches? Going from not practicing rebounding ever to a #3 national ranked defense is simply mind boggling.
Some unexpected great news... I broke out the Korbel a day early to celebrate the verbal commit, but I'm saving the Dom Perignon until he officially signs.
(I guess I'm still a little shell shocked from a few previous decommits, especially in football, like Florida speedster Chris Johnson. I wasted time following and posting about his impressive track and field accomplishments while he was still committed to RU. I know it's a part of the game, but....)

FWIW, I counted only five players rated above Warren on the rivals 2024 list who are listed as 6’1” or less. Warren is listed at 6’2”.
Yea my buddy who is friends with his coach’s and knows his former aau coach was glowing about him.
Said he’s a better Jacob Young.
And this guy is normally pessimistic about all this RU

Eh his statline in the game at the RAC was very poor. I understood he's had much better games. Seems properly rated to me.
I personally saw some of Littlepage. Freshman year was Wenzel, then Bannon, Waters, Hill, Rice, Jordan, and now Pike. My four undergrad years were the golden age of my time as a Rutgers hoops fan before the last three seasons plus this one. It was a long time wandering in the desert.

We played home games a the barn then with possibly an even better home advantage, but yes we won on the road also
