An Interview With Sad Lonely Rutgers Fan

Sad. I feel for this kid. Deserves better.

We left with a little over 9 minutes to go in the 4th quarter (missed the 2 first downs - you know, the good parts of the game). Can't remember the last time we left prior to the final cannon. Couldn't take it anymore. On the shame walk out, noticed a few Rutgers souls sitting by themselves with dazed and confused looks about them.

What a great fan this kid is. Realistic when pushed, but recognizes his expectations tend to be not totally sane. Is aware of our current situation as well as our past history w/Schiano. Loyal to his team even when things look totally bleak.

Kudos to Christian.

I left when it got to 21-0. I couldn't take it anymore and knew it would only get worse . Feels like the Shea days

Only time I left early (ever) was the Maryland game in '07 when my wife called and said she and the kids were in a car accident.

78-0 will not get me out of my seat but the above would.

Great job, young man!
That was a great interview!

Very well spoken and a true fan.
Hope we continue adding more and more fans like you, Christian!

Any excuse for the Michigan game would have been valid.

Great kid. Hope there are a lot more like him still in school and among the newly graduated.

First game, Boston University. 6-0, but we won.
