Any JUCO possibilities for next year's wrestling team?

Cant speak for other JUCO, but I would say there is zero chance for Rappa. Graduated high school in 2011, enrolled at Rowan(Gloucester County College, then dropped out). But his 5 year clock started, so next year is his last year of eligibility for D1. And reading the articles, he had to do a ton of work to be eligible at Camden County(was not eligible till 2nd semester) so I do not think he would even be able to qualify.[/QUOTE]

So he signed his eligibility papers at Rowan that 1st year? That's was when your clock started when I was in college had to sign them every year I played football and filed with the NCAA or else you were ineligible.

There are no eligibility papers. Your NCAA Clock starts the day you become a full time student. You have 5 years to compete for 4 years. I am not even going to get into if he was a D1 qualifier thru the NCAA clearinghouse, if not he would have had to complete 2 full years of Junior college, which he has not yet. That is why I said there is zero chance he will be coming to RU.

Sorry about that I got confused they were papers you signed so the athletic department could keep track of your eligibility grades/credits your right once you enter you have 5 to play four. Long day and long, long time ago
