to the existing coaches. I heard he met with them after the press conference, does anyone have any ideas on who if any were retained or is he going to give them 30 days or what?
They got a little dinged up. But, they're planning on going 1-0 this week.
This thread just finally proves nobody on this board is connected or has a big time insider! All it shows is a bunch of uninformed drones that feel the constant need to post on everything even when they don't know sh*t! Enjoy the off season.

His meeting with Rossi must have been comical.
Yes Rossi was a very good ST coach for us. Sometimes I think he gets a bad rap for the lack of aggressiveness from this defense when that philosophy flows from the head coach. We saw it on both sides of the ball all year, playing for field goals, taking a knee at the end of the first half against the Terps, the list goes on and on, we all suffered through it. I think with the aggressive direction that Coach Ash will lead the team in, Rossi would be a valuable member of the staff.on a serious note.... wasn't rossi a good ST coach for us? I feel like having some continuity there would be good as we're kick blocking machines. I know its probably not going to happen since i doubt coaches take demotions like that.
To your point, he did call them the "coaches that were on staff" and that if he felt it was a good fit "they will have an opportunity to potentially join the staff".My interpretation from his comments in his presser is that unless one of those guys blows him away, the entire staff is gone and that's the way it should be. I can see him maybe keeping one coach but that's about it.
And I'd imagine it was their last conversation together..His meeting with Rossi must have been comical.
