I would think guys like Ohara, Brackett, or Lucas could provide some insight on the various coaching options and help with the interview process since they understand football culture and X's / O's. Even Terry Shea or another retired coach could provide help. I guess the outside consulting firm that Rutgers hired may be doing this too.
