We need more decent road wins.

The big ten media will vote us in now. Also any local guys should be bumping us higher which gives more votes.
Who has votes in our area?
With all due respect:Depends if the teams from 21-30 lost this week or not. It's definitely possible we don't get ranked.
Doesn't really matter to me. My eye is on the tourney prize. Rankings are cool, but I want to see wins.
They will be as fast to vote us out after Iowa as they are in voting us in after Minnesota. Control our destiny. Beat Iowa.Yes we shall be ranked and will remain so the rest of the season... Barring a rash of injuries or team flu.
The guys play so hard and are very deserving of recognition.
Fun Fact: 1979 was the year after we beat Larry Bird and Indiana State at the RAC in the quarter finals of the NIT. I was in the student section that night. James Bailey won it with a last minute baseline jumper. That was the last loss Indiana State had until they lost to Magic Johnson's Michigan State team in the NCAA final in '79. We were a good team during that time (my RU college years). Glad to see us back where we should have been all along.I care ONLY because that “last ranked in 1979” stat sucks.

Someone needs to make a sign:5-2 in the B1G. I think we leapfrog a number of schools. Top 25 is locked in this week. We are the Baby Yoda of MBB.

Which loss is holding us out of the top 25? I don’t get how these rankings work. Teams we’ve beat are ahead of us. Teams with a whole bunch of losses are ahead of us. We win convincingly in many cases. So is this just bias? Seems unscientific like judging Olympic figure skating.
There should be five new AP ranked teams
USC
Stanford
Iowa
Arizona
Rutgers-25
That's where I would put RU.I can easily see us debuting around #21.
How does this clown not have Michigan State in his top 25?
He doesn’t have Sparty in his top 25. Sure it’s an error. So we re 17
