BAC'S NCAA BUBBLE PECKING ORDER: 3/5/19

Gun to my head......
8 dance
6 advance to next round
3 make it Sweet 16
2 make it to final 8
1 make it to Final 4

Also when the teams make it there is almost a reset button. A Minnesota, OSU, or Indiana gets looked at differently. All are dangerous in their own way. They are no longer playing B1G teams.
If Ward returns to Michigan State I see them making the Final Four.

Will have to do full analysis to determine where Florida sits. Remember Belmont now in at large pool.i dont think any one on the out side of bubble did enough to move into the field yesterday so the question is did Belmont steal spot

A shame they had to play their biggest game of the year with the Big injured

Excellent team and I hope they get in.

It will be interesting how the committee looks at Belmont. This is a case where a small major deserves to get in. Maybe Ohio St. or Florida don’t make the cut and Belmont gets in?

Do you think Indiana deserves to be a tournament team if we beat OSU in the tournament? Do you think that would get us in?

there is a lot going on right now...so many teams on the right side of the bubble lost and now teams on the wrong side playing their way in

I will have to do a complete scrub of everything the next two days. Things really are changing rapidly

I would bump two of these four - Florida, St.Johns, Ohio St., NC State - take your pick and then give bids to Belmont and Lipscomb. This is the year to let in Mid- Majors as power conferences are weak.

I will not have any new update until tomorrow night...tons of numbers crunching to do. The difference between last 8 in and last 4 out is pretty thin right now

Belmont and Lipscomb better be rooting for the Gonzagas, Nevadas, Washingtons, Virginia Commonwealths,Utah States, Buffalos, and Wofffords of the world

BAC’s bracketology stuff is just as good if not better than the professionals.
Would love to see Lipscomb in. Feel for mid majors with great teams that get left out. Vermont last year. Furman, ETSU, NC Greensboro, St. Mary’s. Can not get excited about Texas even in conversation. Think Indiana is different as changed season around and playing as well as anybody as opposed to Texas, Alabama, Florida, winning one, losing one...

There was no bigger travesty than when Monmouth was left out several years ago when they lost in maac finals though beat squads like UCLA , Notre Dame and others out of conference while winking maac regular season title. How ironic would it be if Monmouth somehow wins the maac this year while starting 0-12. Up 9 vs Canisius at half. If they win it’s a war vs Iona tomorrow night.

Heard King Rice blew a fit after NCAA denied his 7 yo son attending the press conference after the win. They claim it was for security reasons....wtf??

Hofstra wins in OT in semi- finals. Do they get an at large bid if they lose in their conference final?
