Pike just doesn’t strike me as the type of guy that would be thrilled to talk to an agent while trying to recruit a player

Ogbole was next fewest with 14min.
Not sure what you think is being accomplished.
The players who are supposed to be providing "defense" are already playing.
Love the Moneyball reference - this is exactly what it feels like the roster has been the past 2 years. Note to RU staff - our Moneyball approach is failing. Time to change course.
Moneyball implies using analytical analysis to find edges and maximize limited resources.
That's not we are doing.
Moneyball would be putting up 60 3s a game and hoping the variance gives us wins more often than not.
We are actually the opposite of Moneyball with our approach to a program and player acquisition.
We bench our best shooters.
How but just some fracking good coaching. The Me ball is spreading, the shot selection is horrible as is the team play. Foul Shooting...all repeats of the past few years. We're what 15 games in plus an exhibition and the experimentation continues. Lack of focus, lack of specific plans, wild west offense, all while Caesar claps from the sideline.

Ehh idk man. They couldve got more money elsewhere imo. Kansas state paid coleman hawkins $3mm. Do you think outside of fanatics $ which couldve been had at any school that we are paying ace and dylan more than $3mm each?
This same coaching has existed for years but everyone was blinded by some winning seasons and good players that masked problems. The best we have been is a straight up bubble team with one win in the NCAAs.

Yup. I’m totally done with Pikiell. KYK was 100% right. Bubble team is the program’s ceiling under Pike and unfortunately I think even that is unlikely under this new NIL landscape. He’s a bad coach that has no idea what he’s doing offensively and is a horrible talent evaluator.
