So as I am sure most people have heard, LB Reynolds and OL Morgan have both announced that they will be taking their official visits. They have both specifically pointed out that they are still firmly committed to RU, but obviously any official visits have to get you a little nervous as a fan.
The thing is though, as much as I really like these specific recruits (Both seem like good, strong stock that would thrive in the big boy BIG10 conference) I understand why they would take officials. I obviously would PREFER them not to, BUT as a young 17 year old kid.... they are being offered the opportunity to see places that they will probably never see again and they will be treated as a VIP. Combine that opportunity and the opportunity to absolutely 100% make sure that they made the right commitment and I totally understand the desire for officials.
Honestly as a Rutgers fans nowadays, when a kid make his commitment to us, I am very confident that they won't be going anywhere. If a kid commits to Rutgers then I know that Flood and the crew have done a good job showing the benefits of Rutgers and all that the university has to offer both NFL bound recruits and Working-World recruits and I KNOW that there aren't any other schools that can compete with everything we offer.
So anyway I hope Reynolds and Morgan enjoy their visits, but then obviously return to the Banks because they will be studs for us in 2 years in my opinion!
