Thought that was the possession of the game to cut it to 5 at 4:14. I wasn’t looking for a difficult contested jumper, but wasn’t going to quibble after it went in. When it did, just had a feeling we could pull the game out.
..and that bank shot by Harper. I've never seen him use the backboard on a short jumper. In a game of big shots, that was definitely one of them, along with Kwasi’s 3 and all of Geo’s endgame heroics.

players making plays. All 5 guys at the end made some sort of play whether on offense or on defense
Looked like Harper rushed that shot a little!loved that shot
Might be true but we have 3 other players that have very good mid range games as compared to their 3 point games and those 3 are Geo, Ron and Akwasi. I want them shooting about 75% of their shots as mid range shots and only 25% three pointers. I want Ron using the glass for easy 10 footers like he did for the first time in a very long time . I want Geo stepping in or pivoting and taking his mid range jumper that will almost never be blocked . The three of them can shoot almost 50% from 2 point range , which with the way we play defense, is a winning formula almost every night.Caleb has the best mid range game on the team. So rare in the annals of RU basketball.
Right handed shooters going glass from the left side of the court at an approximate 45 degree angle. Money shot, and frankly an easy shot if you practice it. Tim Duncan scored a ton of points with that shot...and that bank shot by Harper. I've never seen him use the backboard on a short jumper.
Agree, even though did not go down, I liked that shot in rythm off the catch of the skip pass.I loved the Harper three that went in and out. His man hedged to Geo leaving him open. He had the confidence to take the big shot, it went half way down. Until that point everyone was referring to Geo almost every possession down the stretch. We need another option and Harper tried it.
