Any comment on the 4th quarter defensive collapse?

Is this something that was just a freak occurrence or is it something systemic?

The final score really should have been something like 40-7 as we beat them in TOs and had double their TOP as well as majorly outgaining them in offense until the 4th quarter.

We went into prevent to stop the over the top looks and gave up some extended plays.

We also could not keep the edge on the trips bunch open look with the jet sweet motion and a pulling tackle. We were outmanned and couldnt adjust.
