While Coach Sciano's defenses were predicated on speed at all positions, and it appeared that he favored spped over size, that is not entirely true. I saw a press conference where he was asked about this, and his reply was something to the effect that he would love to have big athletic tackles, but they were a fairly scarce commodity. I don't expect to see small D lilnemen at Ohio State. Some schools have no trouble stockpiling big athletic tackles (see Alabama). I don't think OSU has much trouble with this either. Could be wrong though. Will be interesting to see what he actually does. But at the moment they have at least 8 or 9 DL at 280lbs or bigger on their roster.
