It means they are looking for change in the pockets to help pay for people to play football for RU. So I guess it should say Change For Chop.

Big Ten warmup unis had things like STOP HATE prominently shown the past three years. If you asked one of the hoopsters, they coudn't tell you where the hate is. CHOP was equivication as the Rutgers football haters wanted Sciano to make a statement so he went with this vague tip of the hat to social justice. Its time to stop. The NFL is sick with this stuff. Rutgers wants to go there, why be political? NIL is here, cutting off half of its donors, forever in mediocrity. Uber liberal faculty, state government prevents autocracy. Rutgers doesn’t get it and never will.
