Cool Rutgers Memorabilia You Own

Wow. No. I made it myself. I was so proud that our most famous football player besides Paul Robeson was a center..:grimace:

A Leonard leap figurine made by some guy who handpainted it and it's on some artificial turf. I'm not sure who made it? I tried to order s Schiano but the guy got sick and stopped making them.

John battle signed picture.

Pair of Eric young cleats the year he won the stolen base record with the Colorado Rockies.

Interesting topic... the 2006 Texas Bowl pep rally had white squares with red block Rs stuck to the sidewalk to show people the way to the rally. One of those is on the wall, framed and signed by Brian Leonard.

A bunch of neat stuff. Let's start with a Henry Rutgers signed letter. Also the 1967 NIT banner that hung in the RAC autographed by several team members including Bob Lloyd. A Paul Robeson autograph and a 1918 yearbook which includes Robeson. And of course, the complete 2015 uniform including spikes and helmet signed by Coach Ash (which I won at the spring game raffle).

Game Program from when Eric Legrand's number was retired.

Sports Illustrated Issue with Eric Legrand on the cover for Pic of the Year. The night they took that pic , with Eric's teammates helping push his wheelchair through the snow and ice, was probably the most emotional I've ever gotten at sporting event of any kind, let alone a Rutgers event. Eric hadn't made many public appearances at that point.

While I have a number of programs from basketball and football from 1972-1976, the Eric LeGrand SI magazine and a few other items, I have the Final Four ticket stubs from 1976 ($9/12 rows behind the basket) and the Final 4 program autographed by John Wooden. I also have an original LP of Run Rutgers Run.

I also have the program from the night we beat #10 Florida at the RAC (the return of Mike Rosario) which I got autographed by Bill Raftery who was calling the game.
