Lots of scouts down on Trea Young today. Said his athleticism is not there, and his shooting volume is skeptical.
With his height, and little wingspan, it does not give him a big ceiling, if any at all.
Just shows how hard it is to impress at the NBA level. They see where you are, and what you could be. They hardly look at past successes.
Right now with Young they see a high usage, high volume shooter who can score, but not sure if his height and wing span will allow it to translate to the next level. Also, very little defense.
