  1. Aside from MSU I think you saw the two best teams in the B1G play last night.
  2. Garza - holy sh!t they broke the mold when they made this guy. Unique talent, give him B1G POY trophy now and Cassius Winston is a distant second. Maybe Wooden Award too.
  3. Damn Weiskamp. That’s two daggers.
  4. Encouraged that we could put up points in bunches when necessary. I know it’s not our preferred game plan to win a game in the 80s but glad we showed firepower.
  5. We’re gonna get one of these quality road wins, I’m certain. Too close not to.

my thought was... outside of the kid from Brooklyn it was a bunch of midwestern kids who shoot the 3 well. It doesn't hurt when Garza was attracting double teams down low.

Teams better than Iowa IMO
Michigan State
Illinois
Penn State
Rutgers
Maryland
Minnesota
Michigan w Livers (maybe)

I disagree. I think the only teams better than Iowa IMO are MSU, Illinois, PSU, RU, & UMD
Michigan because of Howard has me on the fence. We disagree about Minnesota. Our intensity against Minnesota was off the charts. If we played Touisaint the same way we played Carr Iowa would have lost by double digits.

you mean we would have won by double digits but i agree our defensive intensity is becoming elite.... and it showed against Minnesota. Our kids definitely pick up their game at the RAC.
I think we let up a bit against Iowa. Touissant's got another gear and he burned us to the hoop several times in the second half. if a kid has burners like that, i think you gotta back off to cut his angles more which we tried to do.

I was very impressed with Garza's game last night too but let's not get too carried away. MJ played very good defense on him most of last night and Garza made more than a few shots that on most nights don't go in. He was having one of those nights but I don't think he will be remembered as one of the best big men ever in CFB

That's what i'm sayin'. So much floor control, speed and rim attack fro RU
