that article is ten days old and the company , has in fact, enterred chapter 11 bankrupcy in Bankruptcy court of Southern New York under section 365 .
That was last thursday. The effect is to try to force a sale. I understand, with no absolute concrete names, that there are more than one interested partiy
The actual sites seem to continue to run at a profit but the parent ran up some absurd expenses
My guess is the site is business as usual with changes in overall management/ ownership

Noticed the change and never really went back.
