Yup. Great night.uconn got run out of the gym and Cam was invisible.
Creighton has one of the best college basketball coaches.They always have multiple 3 point shooters that makes it difficult to defend.UConn shot 3-16 from the 3 point line which won't beat teams on the road.They still will be a number one seed and a favorite to win the national championship.
You have to guard the 3 and if the defender just stays on Cam and doesn't hedge he can't create his own shot and if he doesn't have those open looks that is what you will get out of him
Not sure you can shoot threes like that in a football stadium. Still think UConn the overwhelmingly favorite but that’s the recipe to beat them. Maybe Iowa, Nebraska, Baylor in an earlier round?

Cam has had no less than 57 different NBA teams check on him and upwards of 45 teams have him in their Top 150 draft picks.
He was invisible and was still better and more effective than all but 2 guys who played for UConn.
It took him a few years to figure it out, and he was a dud at Iowa St., but McDermott is about the best coach there. Nice to see a center show he knows/sees the game. For my money it's: Izzo, Few, then McDermott and Sampson (Houston is the best team in America right now)...and Pike not far behind with the hardest job in show biz.
