Don't mind Duggan and Sarge as for the most part both did write quite a few positive pieces on the team during first three weeks of camp. Politi on the other hand should be banned from campus. He simply has an axe to grind.

Members of the media have called for Flood to be fired. One even called for the season to be cancelled. This for a completely overblown email investigation, and the realization that Rutgers players can commit bad deeds like nearly every other major program.

I've never said this before but after yesterday I am in favor of a Cut off the Oxygen approach with the Star Ledger reporters. Tara Sullivan is also in the on deck circle IMO.

Like Coach Flood said in the post game presser, people who know the RU program know that it is not in shambles or imploding. Those people in the know respect the coaching staff, the players and the way the program is run.

I was very happy to hear him say that. It spoke volumes about the drive by media types and what they are trying to do to the reputation of RU FB. No reason to offer equal access to those who are openly trying to exploit RU FB.

IMO that was a tremendous performance by Coach Flood in the post game presser yesterday. He is a man of integrity and the right man to lead our FB program in the future IMO.
