This guy already killed someone else and was released. The Short Hills murderers were out on bail from previous crimes.
People should have some hestiation as the bail system in NJ is clearly not working.
It is kind of interesting that since this guy was re-arrested...there have been no incidents. Maybe he was involved, maybe patrolling improved, or both.
