Department of Education has rescinded the NIL-related Title IX guidance about rev-share

Reported Monday that the whole DOE is headed for hospice.
Takes Congress to dissolve it but it can be defunded and have function moved to other depts.
Its soon an empty gourd

The issue will be decided by the courts, not by a memo that was issued and rescinded. At the end of the day, very little of the revenue can be linked to an individuals name, image and likeness and instead reflects the value of the program, conference, and media market. The bulk of the money is financial assistance and should be shared evenly, if at all after athletic program expenses.

Nonsense, CBS, NBC, & Fox are not paying close to a Billion dollars for the right to broadcast field hockey or gymnastics they only want football & men’s basketball, so that is who the money should go to

The question is not how do CBS, NBC and FOX choose to spend their money, it's what obligations does a university have with the money it has. Nothing stops those networks from doing NIL deals directly with athletes, but that's not how it works either.

Another excellent job by the great Trump administration!

I know I know haha I know you make many of these posts for the attention (which is weird for a grown man) but I couldn't help myself on that one. Back to work I go 😄

Man, surf bro cant even get emojis right!

Not a "like," that's me laughing at what a groveling ball-gargler you are. It's funny ...because it's true.

Now, go wipe up.

Lol, replies in 10 sec after replying to an emoji. Dancing monkey.

Btw, you missed a radioactive-orange pube. Corner of your mouth ..try a mirror.

Yea you replied very quick. Too bad you can't afford premium. Rest assured, you're as big of a joke as ever.

Enjoy your tights on your little bike!

Strong effort on waiting a full 4 mins that time, although you definitely spent three of them hovering over the reply button.

Would have thought you'd come up with something better than the big pay-to-post flex.

Actually I wouldn't have, and you didn't!

Damn, you are refreshing every second, Tyke.

Save up your schekles for premium Squirt. I'll give you more time there.

Trump has Tyke so shook lol
