Did pikiell ever officially say why Dylan sat out?

I noticed against CU he really jammed his right leg, Was limping and heating it. I thought it was ankle but he heated his knee and didn't even warm up 2nd half. If you want to go back through replay to find when it happened I recall it being after he slipped trying to defend 1 on 1 and guy blew past him.

“He was sick,” Pikiell said. “It was a game-time decision. When a guy feels good, you just never know where it was. He was just getting some sleep and trying to play. ... He’s been a little under the weather and he hadn’t practiced in a few days. Hoping that he gets better real quickly here.”

What i originally heard was true-- really sick for days-- call it the flu

yes, that was mentioned at the beginning of the broadcast. Surprised many missed that. (I originally thought the knee too so this was actually good new IMO)
